3. Omoni Oboli
This award-winning actress and mother of three Is another fitness enthusiast with an incredible body. She regularly posts videos and photos of her workouts on Instagram The naturalist recently introduced a fitness challenge to inspire more people to set fitness goals. It was called Omoni 6 pack challenge. She encouraged participants to eat healthy meals and introduced her post-workout smoothie. For me, I stick to one rule- Whatever goes into my mouth must be worthy of my tummy. And I ensure that I keep active even if it’s a 30mins walk daily. I make sure to keep track of my steps with a pedometer.
